"I came in super late from my flight being delayed- I was still met with patience and kindness after the online latest check in time. I stayed in a quad shared room and when I got there, everyone was asleep. There was a small space heater that worked well for the space and it was clean throughout. "If there was anyway to rate this hotel with a 100 stars I would. There is nothing to complain about at all, the check-in was super easy even though I arrived kindda late, and the room I got 1208 was a gem in itself. It was a little isolated from the rest, which was amazing, and I had the most beautiful view of N. Michigan Avenue from both the window in the room itself, and the bathroom.
