"2nd time staring at this place. First time I stayed was back in October and I shared that the place wasn’t as clean. They listened and the place was clean. Minutes from the beach and downtown for the price makes it well worth the stay. Will book again! "

"Everything about this house easily met our needs. Beds were comfortable and the home lived up to the reputation for beautiful views. While the sound of the highway was audible it was not bad and the white noise machine just made it sound like we were near a river. My Prius didn’t care for the steep driveway so we parked on the street but we had no trouble getting a spot next to the driveway. "

"This is a wonderful little cottage! MaryJo was very communicative with all the details we needed. We brought our 2 pups with us. It was a little cramped with 4 adults and 2 dogs however we knew we would be. The yard was big and mostly fenced (it is open on the side if you have a pet that will run). The beds.....oh my the beds!! I slept so good and they were so very comfy! We even looked up the brand of the bed and are considering it for home! The beach entrance was 3 houses down, so nice easy...

"The property is lovely. Location couldn't be better. We would recommend living room furniture upstairs be swapped with downstairs. It should be noted that there is no walk in shower downstairs. There are some little things that need fixing, but it appears that owner is aware and working on them. (Sliding door downstairs bedroom, Refrig water dispenser, island counter granite falling off.) Nothing that distracted from our stay. "

"Quiet, self guided place. There is no host to make the place feel personalized but the quality of the stay seems to have improved from previous stays by other guests. Just a few blocks from the beach this group of cottages are off the main drag enough that most things passing by are pedestrians. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet. The space was small but as advertised. Clean: Floors, sheets, dishes. The shower stayed warm after a bit and the water out of the faucet is...

"Perfect spot to stay in Nye Beach. Walking distance to everything, couldn't be much closer to the beach. Great views from every room. Cute old house that's been updated. Was clean, beds were comfortable. When we arrived there was a load of towels in dryer and dishwasher was full but clean. Couple things to note/tips for others - fridge isn't plumbed for water so grab ice when you go to store and stock up. The bar is loud once they close and patrons await their rides home (1am) but It didn't...
