Great breakfasts and nice and responsive staff. televisions are available on request, but the set up may prove awkward since there is no designated space in the room. The property has nice sitting outside areas around the property. Access to Agate beach is via a small steep path. Parking is provided in a covered area. "Great location nearest excellent eateries on Crossing Street and fun shops. Wonderful sweet room. Only complaints is there was this creepy light that shined over the bed for a few minutes when you turned out the light --super creepy and the people in the house above us came in very late, like 2am, creeking about so awoken and for some of us, it's hard to go back to sleep. Wash available if your mid trip and need to wash your things. Super convenient and cozy. "
