"Everything was great about our stay. Room was SUPER clean. Breakfast was varied and hot. Staff was super friendly. All 5 star. Then I had an emergency, I left my carry on suitcase behind. I didn't find out until many, many hours later. Lizz, from the front desk, just went above and beyond to help me get it transported by FedEx to my next location. She helped me figure out all the details and was SUPER kind. I cannot say better things about the staff and also the stay we had here. And...
"false advertising, looks like the pizza oven is in your room for use, nope theirs to make and sell you a pizza. Swimming pool, forget it, it's not attached and closes at 7pm0- it's a community one -they don't let you know this till your there. Finding you have to read all fine print then call the property to verify the amenities are what you think they are."
"Very clean room and common areas of the hotel. Nice and quiet. Great value for the money. Only complaint is breakfast. We showed up at 7:40am and scrambled eggs and bacon were gone."
