"We absolutely loved staying at Roger’s home in Keswick! The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again!"

Perfect location, close to everything. Lovely early morning doggy walk to the lake. All the home comforts. Comfy beds, bonus 2 bathrooms. Everything we wanted to see was so close. "Ravenglass is a quaint little hamlet with estuary frontage which is constantly changing and interesting. 3pubs and places to eat plus the highly recommended Ravenglass railway. Brilliant walks for the active."

"Good base for exploring"

"A really lovely place to stay! The studio is lovely, a really comfortable space and very clean and in a lovely location. We were greeted by Lee a lovely guy and happy to help with any questions we had. We would happily stay there again! "

"We had a lovely stay in the cottage. It had everything we could want. The sheep, horse across the street, and all the nearby paths were a big draw for us. It was close to several highlights in the region without the crowds. The house was good for our small children; my son loved the dog draft stopper. We didn’t want to leave!"

"The cottage is so homely and had everything you needed! Definitely a home from home. Hot tub was a fantastic edition. We also used the pizza oven one evening. Both bathrooms had powerful and hot showers. The host was very attentive and responded within hours of sending a message. Location is just picture perfect, with Ennerdale Water a 2 min drive away with plenty parking. There isn’t much else to do, other than walk at the lake, it was very quiet and peaceful. There are 2 pubs within walking...

"A lovely little home in a quiet village. Comfortable and clean. Bed and sofa comfy. Everything you needed was supplied. Communication with the owners great. Pub in the village nice and does good pub grub. Thank you"

"My friend and I stayed here for a few days and we had a great time. The apartment was super clean, really modern, spacious and comfortable and just the perfect place to go back to after a long walk. It’s near loads of nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops in a great location with nearby parking provided by the host. Steve was quick to respond to any messages and queries we had. Will definitely be going back!"

"We used this cute little cottage as a stop off on the way to Scotland. Loved the views from the garden and having breakfast on the terrace while watching the sheep with their lambs. Close enough to Keswick for amenities but far enough away to be very peaceful and quiet."
