"Nice stay beautiful apartment in a lost part of the lakes"

"The location of the property along with off street parking made our stay very enjoyable and easy. We would recommend for anyone wishing to experience both Whitehaven town and the glorious walks close by. The property provided all of the comforts from home."

"Location of property was great but! Stairway was dirty. The unit at first appeared OK but definitely wasn’t a cottage as stated in description. Inside closet in one bedroom was not clean and was not usable. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Bathroom sink drained very slowly must be clogged. Toilet seat was extremely loose, shower mat for tub to prevent it from being slippery was filthy! Full of mold! Definitely wasn’t going to use it which then made having a shower extremely unsafe, was very...

"Thank you for another enjoyable stay at Ellergill. The house is perfect for two families to share with central access to Keswick, playgrounds and bike track. The furnishings are tasteful and cosy. There are thoughtful touches like games and puzzles and bath toys. The soft furnishings and lighting in the dining area have been improvement from previous years. Some minor changes to add to the experience: more towels could be provided, toilet roll missing in at least one bathroom and put locks on...

"First time booking through Keswick cottages and rebooked with them before we even returned home!! ….We could not fault anything at all, from the moment we walked in (the best quality diffusers provided scent were amazing) the property was the immaculately clean. We don’t usually stay so central to Keswick, we chose to because we were taking our cat - as we would want to nip in to him throughout the day - although, he was so happy lounging by the big windows and taking in the beautiful views...

"The property has tons of character and space. It is also very functional with everything you need. The walk into Keswick is short and flat and there are 2 parking bays which is great when parking in town is so expensive now. They are reopening the restaurant underneath so that’ll be different next time. Pros and cons. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend. A space like no other and great to keep everyone together."

"We loved everything about the cottage. Lovely spacious well equipped kitchen, and comfortable lounge. So good to have a dedicated parking place. A busy street, but not noisy at night. So close to all the pubs, restaurants and shops."

"Lake Road Heights is a lovely comfortable apartment situated in great location in centre of Keswick. Keswick Cottages kept us well informed and provided a great service. Lovely little touch was the gift box for our dog. There were a few stairs in the property but that was not a problem for us. We all really enjoyed our stay there and would certainly book again with Keswick Cottages."

"Beautiful cottage, our second visit to this property, both of which were really good. Ideally located, very clean with modern facilities. This visit the weather let us down so the garden wasn’t used to its potential. Excellent place , will definitely book again"

"Quaysiders resort is an apartment/hotel right by the upper side of Lake Windermere in Ambleside. It is in an absolutely perfect location close to the lake, shops, restaurants. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that had all kitchen amenities. Our Apartment was very clean and spacious . There is an indoor pool that was warm and it can also be like a Jacuzzi. There is also a Sauna. The resort also has a laundry room and dryer so I was able to do my laundry while on our stay. The...

"We loved the location as Coniston is not so touristy and still very scenic. We loved the size, layout, quality of furnishing and white goods in the flat. There is everything needed for self catering but very good pubs and coffee shops close by. Highly recommend High Wythow"
