"I always stay here when I come to Edmonton, always clean and welcoming atmosphere and staff. The only down fall now is you need a credit card to stay."

"No shampoo. There was a bottle fixed to the inside of the shower but it was empty. They didnt have tap to check in so I had to use my bank card and they held a 250.00 deposit even though I prepaid with my credit card. I dont have a pin I only use tap with it so.... I couldn't tap a 100.00 deposit on the credit card even though I prepaid the entire fee. Then I got told if I dont use my bank card id have to cancel my reservation and go else where. There were four channels in the room that was...

"Our stay was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. It was old have been nice if there were end table on other side of bed for phone and book, etc. also there were no glasses in the room, coffee cups for coffee but no glasses. So if wanted a drink you had to use the coffee cup which we all know paper cups doesn’t last long with liquid in it. Other than that it was awesome. Enjoyed our stay and having a restaurant on premises is always a bonus!!"
