This was my second time visiting here.
First time was year before. That time was great, hence me wanting to come for back for my Birthday. Big Mistake!! 1st. It was a little noisy because it was winter break, so their were quite a few kids around. My cousin, and I got in a little late, so we both were tired. She fell asleep quick. Not long after that I fell asleep. Then I could hear the heater/ac unit making a loud motor noise. It kept me up most of the night. The next morning, also the toilet stopped flushing. My cousin is Ms. Fix it, so she jiggled the handle, or something and fixed it. I mention it to the front desk. Their attitude was not what I was expecting. First she said, why didn't you call about it last night? I said no, because having someone come that night would have woken up my cousin in the next bed. Then she said well because you booked through Expedia so you already got a discount. Then she said all I can do for you is give you a voucher for a beverage, or something for that same equivalent. I was offended, and I
said I wasn't looking for a free beverage. Can I get the heating fixed. She said, yes I'll have someone come. Now the maintenance person was extremely professional, and polite.He said that the unit is only a few months old, and It's supposed make noise Periodically. If Your Hotel are going to have rooms that can be booked through Expedia, then the treatment of People should be the same, as if they booked it straight to the hotel.I DON'T RECOMMEN!
