"We attended a wedding reception nearby on an old tree farm. This property was a great location for us and was nice to be a short 10 minute drive from the event. It was nice to continue our country experience. The apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning was great and we slept peacefully. There was nice porch off the entrance but it needed some cleaning. "

"We had a relaxing and much needed couple of days away with our friends visiting from Georgia. This was a perfect little place for our needs. If I could give a “6” on the scale for communication I would do that."

"Exceptionally clean and neatly organized. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed both porches morning and evening. We used the fire pit and Joanne checked in on us. We will be back. "

"Great house! We played poker all night in the barcade area, had enough room in the yard to play a lot of yard games. We utilized the bar swings when we weren't golfing. Less than 10 mins from both Squaw Creek and Avalon Lakes CC. "

"Great place to stay for a trip into nelson ledges. Clean and comfortable with WiFi access and a mini fridge. The property it's on is quite large and there are even some farm animals adding to the rustic ambiance. "

"Our family of 5 had a lovely time staying here for one night. We have 3 boys (16, and twins 12). Our oldest slept on the twin bunk at the top and the twins shared the double on the bottom. We all had plenty of room. The home was located in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from the highway. The house was stocked with every need. The back yard is beautiful fenced. I would stay here again anytime possible. Lincoln was very easy to work with and had great communication. "

"Spacious clean home, comfortable beds. Great pool and hot tub and friendly hosts. Plenty of towels and standard supplies. Wifi is lacking, but that's the country for you, and cell signal is plenty adequate upstairs and streaming services worked great on the tvs! We rented the golf cart and it was handy and fun to explore with. Tons of fish jumping but no luck catching anything, bait store was just down the road. Having 2 kitchens and fridges was handy too. Only complaint was the house...
