"We had a wonderful experience. The grounds around the Kauai Inn were kept immaculate, it was a very family friendly environment, and the staff was absolutely top notch best of the best. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and time on the island. All of the staff was very friendly. I would definitely book again if planning another trip to Kauai. "

"Worn and dirty The room was worn with a number of deficiencies, e.g. rust ran down the bathtub, the doors in the room had obvious large, black stains of dirt and there was old dust and dirt in the corners. The room had a small balcony, but the furniture was so dirty that it could not be used. The hotel hallway was not cleaned during the 6 days we stayed there. "Fint hotel og god placering. Hjælpsomt personale. Skøn udsigt. Dejligt poolområde og helt tæt på stranden. Rengøring skulle bestilles 2 døgn i forvejen “grundet covid ??” Så vi fik kun 1 rengøring på 5 nætter. Dog kunne der hentes rene håndklæder i receptionen. Sengen var dog virkelig elendig. Tv’et virkede ikke, så de refunderede resortfee, God stil. Vi havde sen hjemflyvning og fik lov at opholde os ved pool med poolhåndklæder hele dagen helt selvfølgeligt :) Jeg vil ikke sige...
