If you like constant outdoor noise from planes, trains, automobiles and semi-trucks this is the place for you. We rented this place for three nights and were looking forward to spending lots of time outside by the pool relaxing in the sun. We're from the north and wanted to spend a few days out of the snow and cold but that's not possible in this location. You can't hear noise on the inside but it's a constant irritation and sometimes hard to have a conversation outside. Look at the location carefully on a map, it's on a canal(not a lake as described under Amenities/Location) right next to I-95. We were also very excited to rent the boat for our full stay. I looked at google maps before renting and planned our route so we could take from the canal to the intercoastal waterway. Be aware that it's not possible to get to the intercoastal waterway because you are blocked at Spillway Park leading to the intercoastal waterway. My bad, I didn't realize I had to zoom in on the entire route to see if there were any obstructions. In all my years of boating I've never seen a blockage like this which was most disappointing and should probably be noted when renting the boat. Otherwise, if you like just cruising on the canals and the small lake you'll love it. Don't get me wrong, this home if very nice, clean and supplied with everything you need for a good time and it's close to downtown. We just couldn't get over the outside noise. We won't be renting this one again.
