"Nolan was very easy to work with! He was accommodating to all of our questions. We enjoyed using the beach pass and pool pass. We appreciated all of the little things he has added to help make a family’s stay enjoyable! There were two fans which were much appreciated! The kitchen was stocked with all the little things you don’t know you need but appreciate having. We especially enjoyed the nice grill! Very great stay! We will be booking again soon "

"We traveled to Palm Beach for a wedding and stayed at Seahouse. It was fabulous. Every amenity we could imagine, and more! There was an espresso machine which we enjoyed - making lattes and sitting on the back patio in the morning. Even a smoothie bar! We did not have time to hot tub, or play the giant Connect 4. "This property was absolutely beautiful and the host was wonderful. There is so much thought and care put into every single detail of the house and the gardens/ spa/ pool area. It was very clean, organized and well stocked with all your necessities. (Sunscreen, bug spray, bottled water and snacks, washer, dryer, towels, etc.). "Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)"
