Bedroom 1:

This beautiful bedroom has a king-sized designer upholstered platform bed, tropical rattan end tables, and stunning leaf design lamps. A walk-in closet and a mounted Samsung smart HDTV above a large dresser. The TV has live streaming channels, and guests may log into their personal streaming apps. Enjoy the convenient en suite bathroom. The best feature is the double doors open to the pool deck and covered patio.

Bedroom 2:

This bedroom features a rattan platform queen-sized bed, end tables with stylish tall lamps, and two beautiful framed prints by Slim Aarons. There is a Samsung smart HDTV mounted over an elegant glass console. The TV has live streaming channels, and guests may log into their personal streaming apps. Plenty of closet space! The sweet floral and bird-printed quilt is a lovely touch to the room.

Bedroom 3:

This bedroom features two rich blue upholstered platform beds. There is a Samsung smart HDTV mounted over an elegant glass console. The TV has live streaming channels, and guests may log into their personal streaming apps. Plenty of closet space and a corner rattan armchair. Classic hues of blues, creams, and beiges throughout.

*All bedrooms have convenient luggage racks and remote controls for the ceiling fan and lighting.

THE BATHROOMS (MAIN HOUSE)

Bathroom 1 (Primary en suite):

The primary bathroom has a double marble top vanity with modern shaker cabinets, mixed grey mosaic floor tile, chrome light fixtures above the mirrors, and a luxurious step-in shower.

Bathroom 2:

This bathroom is shared between the queen and twin bedrooms. A beautiful marble top vanity with a gold light fixture. A relaxing tub with a shower and decorated mosaic tile. This bathroom has entry through the hallway between the two bedrooms.

LIVING ROOM

You are immediately greeted by the Palm Beach-decorated living room. There are two rattan armchairs with a modern ceramic end table. Two very comfortable sofas with designer throw pillows. Enjoy the large Samsung smart HDTV with live streaming channels, and guests may log into their personal streaming apps. This is also a great space to read an interesting coffee book, play a game or do a puzzle. Or just to relax with family and friends.

DINING AREA

The dining area is unique with its bright green dining chairs, frosted glass-topped table, and seating for 8. Towering above is an eye-catching basket light fixture. The open plan dining area sits between the living room and kitchen.

KITCHEN

A cook's dream! The kitchen has everything you need to create that "MasterChef" meal. There is a gas range stove and electric oven, a Nutribullet and a regular blender, a tabletop toaster oven, stainless steel double door fridge with a water dispenser, a freezer and ice maker, and a microwave and wine beverage cooler. Enjoy the beautiful quartz top kitchen island for eating or food preparation. There is a drip coffee maker and coffee grinder. Dinner service inside and outside for 8 guests.

THE POOL HOUSE (Sleeps 2)

The private pool house is perfect for a couple looking for seclusion from the main house. Beautifully upholstered king platform bed with elegant off-white end tables and large blue-based lamps. Beach-themed framed prints surround the walls. Two armchairs and a gorgeous glass console table can also be used as a workspace. The pool house has a stunning en suite bathroom with a marble-topped vanity, modern shaker cabinet, and eye-catching step-in shower with a very unique tile pattern. Plenty of closet space and a Samsung smart HDTV The TV has live streaming channels, and guests may log into their personal streaming apps. The guest house has WIFI.

THE OUTDOORS

Truly an oasis! The pool is breathtaking, especially at night with the color-changing pool lights. There are loungers, an umbrella along the pool, and a built-in umbrella on the first step of the pool for extra shade. A covered patio with a round outdoor dining table for 4, a Weber propane gas grill, and two armchairs to sit back and take in the romantic Floridian atmosphere. You will love the careful landscaping around the pool area. Take a refreshing shower under the outdoor shower to the side of the pool house.

EXTRAS

We have two adult bikes with helmets and bike locks, beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella for guests to enjoy!

PARKING

Please park only in the driveway. Street parking is strictly for permitted vehicles—unauthorized cars are subject to towing at the guest’s expense.

If your group has more than two vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can arrange the necessary parking permit(s).

LAUNDRY AREA & SUPPLIES

The laundry room is just off the kitchen area. There is a new large capacity washer and dryer and all the soaps and detergents you need. Tropical-themed pool towels are provided. We also provide cleaning items, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioners.

PETS

Unfortunately, this is not a pet-friendly home.

The house is just a 6-minute drive from Palm Beach Island, Worth Ave, and the beautiful beaches. An enchanting resort destination in Palm Beach, Florida, with European sophistication and inimitable style and grace, Worth Avenue is one of the most beautiful shopping venues in the country. The Avenue's romantic vias and celebrated boutiques offer the best of both resort and designer fashion, accessories, gifts, art, antiques, fine and casual dining and home furnishings in a captivating atmosphere rich with old-world charm and historical glamour.

Just a 7-minute walk to the popular Hive Bakery & Café, 15 minutes to the Norton Museum and 6 minutes to The Square, where you will find some of the best shopping and dining restaurants in West Palm Beach.

Things to Note:

- No bachelor/ bachelorette groups please.

- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

- Quiet hours are between 8 PM and 8 AM. During this time, please keep music at a low volume and be mindful of noise levels, especially if you're outside. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors.

- Parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed at the house. Only guests listed on the booking are permitted on the property unless pre-approved by us in advance.

- Guests must be at least 32 years old to book the property.

- The home is not pet-friendly.

- There is no pool safety fence or door alarms. Please supervise small children at all times around the pool.

- Safety Provisions: For your security, there is a Ring doorbell camera.

- Bachelor/ Bachelorette groups are not permitted.

- Balloons, confetti, and decorations are not permitted.
