The main house includes three bedrooms (king, queen, and double), one full bath, and one half bath. Just across the patio, the separate guest house spans two floors and features a twin bedroom with two full bathrooms for added comfort and privacy.



Inside the main house, the bright living area centers around a plush sectional and streaming-ready smart TV. A modern, fully stocked kitchen opens to the dining space and pool deck for effortless entertaining. Each bedroom is styled with relaxed ease, and the shared baths offer both soaking tubs and walk-in showers between the two structures.



Step into the fully enclosed backyard and you’ll find a tropical oasis with a glistening pool, mature palms, and a sunny lounge deck for unwinding. Set just minutes from the Intracoastal, South Olive Park, local cafés, and shops along Dixie Highway, Lakewood Place puts you close to Downtown and Palm Beach Island, yet feels worlds away in its laid-back, residential setting.

Pet Policy:

This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.



Security Hold or Damage Waiver:

This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1,500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $100 instead.



Age Requirement:

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.



House Rules:

Thanks for treating this home like your own - no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.

Pool Heat:

This home features a private pool. Pool heat is optional and available for a fee of $20 per night plus tax, with a 3-night minimum. If you’d like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to ensure it’s warm and ready for your arrival.
