Guest Access:
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the guest house, patio, and all amenities. Self check-in instructions are sent the morning of arrival. Street parking is conveniently available directly in front of the home.

Unwind in the tranquil bedroom featuring a queen bed and an additional sofa bed—perfect for couples or small families. The bathroom is immaculately clean and stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer for a spa-like experience.

Kitchen & Dining:
Prepare meals with ease in the chef’s kitchen, equipped with a gas range, refrigerator with filtered water, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. A cozy dining table seats up to 4 guests—ideal for intimate meals or a quick morning espresso.

Lounge Spaces:
Relax in the living room after a day in the sun. Enjoy the 60” Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and FireTV, or dive into a book from our curated collection. A dedicated workspace is perfect for remote work or planning your next outing.

Outside Space:
Step into your private, fenced-in patio with a bistro table and sun loungers—perfect for sipping morning coffee or soaking up the Florida sun in peace and privacy.

Guest house shares a lot/patio with a main home but offers private entry and total independence.
Self-check-in from 4 PM | Check-out at 11 AM
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Smoking indoors is prohibited
Towels: Use responsibly—stained/missing towels will incur a charge
Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs (≤45 lbs), $75–$300 fee per pet (varies by stay)
