Hi, I'm Lauren, new mom and West Palm Beach local. This is a boutique cottage property owned by me. I love to travel so I really love being able to host others at my home now. This is a welcoming space for anyone needing a safe, cozy haven during their time here.

We’re 3 miles to the center of WPB and gorgeous Palm Beach Island. It’s a few blocks to the new southern bridge where you can wave at (or other hand gesture of your choice) Mar-A-Lago as you head to the beach.

Unit details:

Cottage A is a cozy (400 sq ft) 2-BR with 1 KING room and 1 bunk bed room (single-over-full); as well as full bath and stocked kitchen. Each BR has an AC unit for ease of temperature control.

The stay includes:

•Beach cruiser bikes & inflatable SUPs - free for guest use
•Stocked kitchen (dishes, cookware, stove, microwave, toaster)

•ZeroWater pitcher (filters changed regularly)
•Bath towels/linens (not for beach use)

Parking is on the street right in front of the main house. It's a very safe, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

NO parking in the driveway.

Washer/Dryer Usage Notice
Please note that the on-site washer and dryer are available for minimal use, limited to guests staying one week or longer and to be used only during the designated hours:
Morning: 7 AM - 10 AM
Evening: 7 PM - 9 PM

Important Notes:

* * PETS, INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS: I welcome pets but MUST charge an extra fee because the cleaners will charge me extra!! PLEASE list pets in the booking, regardless if it is a service animal or not. If we have any more issues this we will sadly have to prohibit animals entirely.

*Inquire first about long term stays for potential savings.

** Long-term stays: I require cottages to be fully cleaned and sanitized weekly for long term stays. The cleaners will change the towels and bed linens, and respectfully clean around your belongings. Cleaning will take place weekly in the afternoon starting one week from check in date, unless otherwise discussed.
