Checking in/gaining access to the property was a breeze and the property manager was quick to get us answers to any questions we had. "Scott was a fantastic host - very responsive & easy to work with! Lots of room for us to spread out & relax without feeling we were on top of each other! Hot tub, pool/pingpong table & foosball were as shown & greatly enjoyed.Also had several hot games of cards at the kitchen table!!Loved the sunroom too! "Overall the experience was frustrating as when we arrived to the property it was not cleaned, no beds ready, and no laundry done. The house was not cleaned until 10:30 PM. After reaching out to the property manager multiple times there was never a response that corrected their mistake and compensated us for not being able to use the property until 6 or more hours after the check-in date. "

"Came for the Morgan Wallen concert with my family. Was really pleased with the property. Great view, patio, spacious condo, close to some restaurants downtown and uber ride to concert. Only negative is I found out day before that the condo doesn’t include a parking spot. They texted me the day before to ask if I wanted one. I was at work and it took me 45 mins to respond. They told me they were sold out and I’d have to park in parking garage. That turned out to be ok. $16 for over 24...
