"This is a great house to rent. With an older teen, it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And while we didn't plan on cooking, we ended up making dinner there one night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Because we were out most of the day, we didn't get to see the horses. Hopefully we can spend some daylight hours there next time."

"The home was extremely clean and tidy. The extras in the home for entertainment purposes were fun for the whole family. Plenty of stores for all your needs all within a few minutes of the home. The road for the neighborhood is kind of hidden and you really have to pay attention or you'll miss it. If you're looking for a nice home outside the busy city of Knoxville, this would be the one for sure! Amazing hosts that answered questions in a timely manner."

"This property is located on part of Knoxville's famous Dogwood Trail and in a neighborhood that boasts beautiful flower gardens, blooming landscapes, lovely historic homes and, while we stayed in April, native flowering dogwood trees. It is a lovely, well maintained rental and will not disappoint."

"It was wonderful to find plenty of plates, utensils, and other basics in kitchen for preparing meals. Outdoor deck and pool area were more than anyone needs to enjoy the outdoors. Our pooch loved the wooded fenced in property. There were 6 of us, and we all agreed that your home would be a wonderful place to re-visit on another "USMC Reunion". "This was one of our best vacation rentals! Great location, very quiet but not too secluded, shopping and dining within 10 minutes. House was very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, spices and condiments a plenty. Everything was clean and very welcoming. Beds are soft, but that's exactly how we like it. Communication with the owner was extremely pleasant. Definitely a place we can recommend."

"My sister-in-law and I spent a week at Biketrail Bungalow and had a wonderful time. The house is adorable and decorated so cute. Missy had provided such an amazing amounts of little extras that most rentals don’t ever offer (pancake batter, syrup, oatmeal, fresh ground coffee, condiments, olive oil, soft drinks, butter, spices, gallon and quart zip,lock bags, first aid kit, heating pad, etc). The location was so convenient to everything. Will definitely stay there again."

"The hosts are incredibly friendly, hospitable, and communicative. The glampsite is located very close to an event space that hosts a lot of weddings, so while not having access to running water/ bathrooms the better part of a Saturday wasn’t my favorite thing, it also wasn’t a dealbreaker. The driveway, mentioned in other reviews, was not an issue. Get to know your lower gears. Five stars all around, ten stars for Pokey, the friendliest camp cat in three counties"

"I had a very nice stay at North Knoxville cottage. The home was clean and decorated in a manner so as to make it very comfortable and cozy. The host was responsive to my questions and helped with some minor needs I had when I first checked in. The location makes it very easy to get into downtown or the university. Area was quiet and safe."
