"My wife and I were in town for a music festival in Greenback and wanted a relaxing “home base” for the event. This property did not dissipate. It is located in a quiet location and the rooms and amenities were incredible. We didn’t have our family with us, but it would be excellent for kids of all ages, young kids, as well as older kids like me. Plenty to do on the property with private pool and spa, game room with pool table and darts, etc. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. "

"Perfect quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of west Knoxville. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch for visiting and morning coffee. Fifteen minute drive into the city, depending on traffic.The owner and host are very attentive and available. Will definitely stay here again!As noted in previous reviews, the layout of the bedrooms is different. The bedroom with 2 queen beds is only accessible by walking thru another bedroom. Something to take in to consideration depending on your group. "

"Our stay was a girlfriends’ long weekend getaway. There are some good features at this property & there are also a few things that could be improved upon to make it an even better stay. The living room was comfortable, especially the big sectional sofa, which made it a great spot for everyone to gather. The kitchen had sufficient pots & pans & cooking utensils we needed for cooking meals. The Kerig needed a good cleaning. Fortunately we brought a coffee maker as a back-up. More plates and mugs...

"This sweet cabin was the perfect place to unwind, unplug and relax. Really really clean, stocked bathroom supplies and most things needed in the kitchen to feel homey. Loved my stay, loved the property and will return. "

"Everything was clean when we arrived. We had no issues during check-in. One of the smoke detectors started to chirp, after messaging the host we received a prompt response that someone would be out to take a look. All they needed was new batteries but the host went ahead and replaced them in all of the detectors to ensure we didn’t have any other issues during our stay. They host was kind enough to recommend a close by area for shopping and restaurants (Turkey Creek). We had 3 families for...

"We all came from around the country for a family member’s wedding. We had a great time and the house worked out wonderfully! There was plenty of room for every one. We had fun in the garage where the ping pong table is. The house is close to the airport and to downtown Knoxville. We were able to go to the farmers market on Saturday morning. It’s a pretty big one with lots of vendors, "
