"Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

"The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!"

"Just as before, the condo was clean and well organized. It is in a great location....just a ten minute ride to the entrance to the Smokies while still near stores and restaurants. The best part is sitting on the patio looking out at the river and listening to the sounds of it and the birds."

"I cannot say how awesome this condo is! It was so modern, clean, and well-kept. It is a perfect home base for all the activities we love about the Smoky Mountains. It was so peaceful. We look forward to coming again."

"Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am....

"I, along with my 16 year old son along with my dad, made the trip to Townsend for the Bronco Super Celebration. This place was great for us. Plenty of room. Clean. Great location. Owners were easy to deal with. Our only minor complaint was that the living room tv did not have a remote, and we could not change the channel. Small inconvenience. Overall 5-stars."

"It was a very quiet and relaxing vacation. The condo was very well appointed and clean when we arrived. Check in and out was confusing for me but it was completely my fault. I called the host and they were very accommodating and sent me a video of how to do it. I love the area and we will definitely be back!"

"Nice location, not as busy as northern part of lake. condo was clean and well furnished. Only thing that was a nuisance was the master bedroom smoke alarm battery started to beep at 8 pm so had to run down to the dock and buy a 9 Volt Battery and replace the smoke alarm battery ... all good after that."

"This place was exactly as posted. It’s in a gated community. It’s very close to Cades Cove and only a small drive to Gatlinburg. The community is clean and very well landscaped. The inside of the condo was stocked with everything and more that we needed. Spare towels, pillows, blankets. Even some cooking spices and kcups! The beds were very comfortable and clean! There is a stand up washer/dryer in the unit and a great walk in shower in the master bath. The neighborhood is nice to walk around in...

"If you are looking for a cool place in downtown Knoxville, this is a good option. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc. Really a cool condo with an excellent renovation. Two small items. First, the parking space is small and if you have a big car (like we do) be sure to coordinate it beforehand to avoid issues. Secondly, there are miles of closets in this apartment, but only a few old wire hangers. Time to add some."

"My sister and I came to Knoxville for the first time to see a concert at the UT and were so delighted that we chose this great rental. The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the place - modern. Blake was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was fully enjoyed. Highly recommend."

"Our stay was perfect! The host was great. She even called and checked in with us. They supply mainly everything you need! I appreciated the fact that there were pots and pans in the kitchen, along with spices!! It was very clean and super homey! The swings on the porch were my favorite. Will definitely be staying here if we ever travel to the area again!"
