"This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. "

"Check-in was very smooth and easy. I was staying there with a coworker because we had a big job in the area. This cabin met all of our needs exceptionally well, it was well stocked with appliances dishes and utensils. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. If I was to sum up this cabin I would say it's small but mighty! I would definitely stay here again without a doubt."

"We had a great time in Narragansett vacationing with family whose ages ranged from 1 to 75. The house was well stocked from the kitchen pantry to the linen closets to the shed full of beach supplies, all of which was a plus. Justin was easy to communicate with at all stages. There was ample space for everyone to hang out, and we made good use of the larger-than-expected dining area to play board games in the evening. When we encountered an issue with the freezer, Justin was very accommodating...

"Our stay was fantastic. The description was accurate and the property was clean and fully functional. Our only concern before arriving stemmed from some reviews we read that said the AC could be better but we were pleasantly surprised to find AC units in the windows of every sleeping area which kept the entire place more than comfortable. In fact, we stayed the first week in August and actually shut them off while we slept. The photos I've attached were taken just before we checked out."

"My sister and sister-n-law always take a road trip once a year, we really liked this house the porch was great for morning coffee and catch up chat. The beds were comfortable, the house was just great in everyway, clean, close to everything so much better than any other place we have stayed."

"The property was very nice and accommodated us well. We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed the location of the house which was close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was great! The park was nearby and very nice as well. My two comments would be the kitchen prep area was smaller than expected. We did pay for a late checkout but received a text our last morning that we were to check out at 10 am. , which was unexpected and had us hustling to get everything in...
