This property is so beautiful in a beautiful setting. Like being at home. So easy in and out. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

No customer service. Rooms are older and small. The breakfast consisted of a few mini muffins. I had prepaid for 2 nights, which in retrospect was a mistake. There was absolutely nothing to do on the island. The second night we were the only ones there, and I inquired if they were preparing to close for the season, and they said yes. The morning we left the office was closed, and we had to leave our room key(yes it was a real key) in their mailbox. Would never stay in this property again!

Close to the beach. Quiet community. The property looked very well maintained. Pool looked nice. WIFI was intermittent. Poor connection. Also, there should be a full length mirror in the rooms. And a magnifying mirror for makeup and shaving installed by the sink.

Wunderschönes Hotel!!! Sauber, gepflegt und strandnah!!!!! Leider hatten wir nur 2 Nächte, die wir aber sehr genossen haben. Das war das beste Hotel auf unserer 2-wöchigen Reise 🙌

Pelham on Earle not the resort!
The hotel is located one block from the beach. There is not a view - I think one reviewer incorrectly posted that there was a view and a restaurant. There is neither. We appreciated the coffee and mini muffins in the morning but didn’t appreciate the location. However it was very quiet and well kept.

The first night was amazing. Second was horrible due to unruly neighbors. We had to leave in the middle of the night. Called management the next morning and they were overly considerate and apologetic. Got my night reimbursed and they expressed sorrow for our experience. I like that. Will definitely recommend. Thanks

This is a motel that has been redone, a short walk from the beach. The rooms are very nicely appointed, but it is a fishbowl. There is 0 privacy and I could hear every word, snort and snore from the room next to me. I wont be back.

After extensive research looking for a vacation destination, I came across the story of the Pelham! This family operated hotels are amazing! impeccable attention to details, extremely clean room. very well maintained grounds! The friendly staff, making sure our visit included seeing the other properties. Pelham House, our breakfast was outstanding! This family should be extremely proud!

Clean, quiet, helpful staff…. A nice place! Was able to do my workouts at the beach which was a minute from my room. Staff also tipped me off to some great restaurants…

Pelham on Earle was a beautiful place to stay. The room was immaculate and quiet. The bathroom was on the small size but adequate. We only ate dinner at the on-site restaurant one night and the food was delicious. The one thing that Pelham needs is a breakfast option; luckily there are restaurants in close proximity. There are coffee makers in the room however the “coffee whitener” was a poor substitute for real cream or half and half. We would definitely recommend staying at Pelham; everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Very nice property!!
This is my new go to place on the Cape!! Very clean and modern and super easy walk to the beach. Pool and bar area was also very nice. Loved that you could also go to sister resorts. Complimentary coffee and muffins in the morning was a nice touch. Only areas of improvement would be to add room darkening shades and keep the bar and fire pit open past 9 pm.

A great find!
A great find! Easy check in, clean and updated rooms. Pool well maintained, bar/restaurant good food, a bit pricey but good, comfy bed and close to beach ca. 200 meters.

Absolutely Perfect for us. I almost don't want to tell anyone about it or it will become too popular and I won't be able to book a room anymore! Joined with their waterfront resort down the road, it makes for the perfect situation. The beach is truly a 2 minuite walk away, the pool is 10 seconds from your door, as is a lovely restaurant and bar, and all amenities for friends, families, and lovers. I'm booking our next stay there immediately.

What a gem! This hotel was so cute, clean and convenient to the beach for a reasonable price. Great restaurant on site with delicious cocktails and very friendly staff. Spacious rooms with access to the courtyard with a nice pool/fire pit. They offered free beach chairs to take on a very short walk to the beach. Free shuttle (5 min ride) to sister hotel with private beach access with beach chairs and umbrellas, pool access and 3 restaurant options. 100000/10 recommend!

This is a great place. The only thing is the restaurant is a bit of an odd choice. That would be my only qualm. Other than that it was perfect and everybody was friendly.

Beautiful, updated property. Quiet, residential neighborhood with a 2 minute walk to a great beach. Our room was emaculate and the pool/grounds were clean and neat. Nice having a restaurant/bar onsite. Very short drive to Harwichport for dining, bars, shopping. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quintessential Cape Cod stay with lots of upgrades.

The property is beautiful and is literally steps from a gorgeous beach. They have beach wagons and chairs for barrowing. There is a nice pool and great area to sit outside your room. Rooms are small but nice, beds fairly comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave which is great. Room needs more surfaces or shelves to put things down on and a dirty blanket with food all over it was accidentally left folded on a shelf over the microwave when we arrived. There were lots of pillows as requested though and nice toiletries. The staff was lovely and helpful. The bedding and towels were clean and nice and there is a fantastic outdoor shower for when you return from the beach to wash sand off so it isnt in the room. There are floors not carpeting in the rooms which is FABULOUS! I have asthma and the climate and air quality is fantastic!

Look no further the new Pelham on Earle is perfect. On July 4th weekend we had zero stress! Beach at end if the road, shuttle service to the beautiful Pelham Resort and their amenities. Everything was fantastic. No reason to look elsewhere. Staff and owners are awesome! We had the best time in this perfect little town.
