We appreciated the communication of the host and the little extras to make our stay special: Christmas tree/lights, candy, wine, and a bottle of sparkling juice for kids. The location was perfect. It was close to downtown Fargo, NDSU, and the airport. "

"Dirty sheets, shower curtain, rug in sitting room filthy. Outside was full of weeds. Garage was filled with stinking garbage. On the plus side it was a great location. Far too expensive for what you get. If you had to sleep in the basement you would have nightmares."

"The place was perfect. We played games and used the movie theater. The games in the sunroom was were fun and a large space where know one felt on top of each other. The decor and style was charming. I would like to come back and use the backyard ."
