"Newly renovated rooms, with very friendly family living there. I can only recommend to stay there. Only "negative" thing is, that there is not much to see in the area for more than 1-2 days. I felt very comfortable and relaxed at this place."

"Fantastic stay lovely hostess really went the extra mile to make our short break very special. Excellent breakfast and the surrondings were all in keeping. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Central location in Dorchester with all its history & museums and some really nice restaurants in easy walking distance Also a good base if you're exploring the surrounding area. You have Corfe Castle & Swanage within an hours drive."

"Great position, walkable to the sea front but quiet. Lovely rooms, great breakfasts, freindly hosts and with the added bonus of parking. Will stay again."

"Owner was super friendly and recommended an amazing pub for dinner. Cooked us a lovely breakfast in the morning at our requested time. Rooms were huge with a nice bath and shower. Wish we could of stayed longer then a night. Thanks!"

"The hosts were great… however, the cleanliness was not good!. Upon inspecting our bed, it was clear that the bedding had not been changed, we found two pieces of grass and several pieces of body hair, including eyelashes… "

"These guys have just got it so right ! Absolutely beautiful room with such detail to attention . Comfortable and stylish. A lovely breakfast (happy to cater for us vegans) ! "Perfekt beliggenhed, ok værelser (lidt for meget gulvtæpper) god morgenmad og venlig betjening."

"The property is a slice of heaven with rolling hills divided into plush green fields divided by hedge rows. The quiet outdoors is only broken by singing birds and the local sheep and horses. The farmhouse is beautiful with Carolyn being the perfect hostess. Morning breakfast was wonderful and served with a smile. We loved it."

"Louise was an attentive host. The room was extremely well stocked with toiletries and refreshments. The staircase was very narrow and steep so a good level of mobility is needed. The breakfast had an amazing choice with a wide selection of fruits, homemade preserves and toast and a generous cooked menu. We would recommend staying here."
