"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "The cottage is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with relaxing views over the pond and backdrop of birdsong. Although next door to the main house it feels very private, we were made welcome by the owners but then left to enjoy the week. The walking was excellent, so many footpaths and routes to choose from and straight from the door. It is a very pretty area. Within half hour drive we visited Petworth, Parham, Arundel Museum and did a dusk safari at Knepp. We would definitely return."
