My husband and I were in town for a wedding, and the house was perfectly positioned between Chatham and the Wychmere. We found the house well stocked with everything we needed, and appreciate that it was so comfortable - the furniture was much nicer than the typical vacation rental. "This was the perfect place for our 5 day Cape getaway. Located very centrally on the cape. Close to everything! 10 minute walk to local beach and less than 5 minute drive to other beaches. AC was a plus! Grill on the deck was put to good use as well. The outdoor shower is clean and great. There were 3 of us and place couldve accommodated 3 or 4 more. Host was easily communicated. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable.
