"Great stay. House was very spacious, very clean and appreciated the air con being on for our arrival...meant the house was nice and warm in winter. Bed in the main bedroom was very firm. Liked that we could park our car in the garage and close the door before having to get out of the car in the cold. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Ken!"

"This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. The owner refused to take responsibility for it and refused to refund us, making every excuse under the sun why he could not. The entire property was old, every surface covered in dust, dirt and...

"My partner , a little dog and i had very comfotable place to stay at ACT. It is colosed to the park and shopping area. We also enjoyed staying the lemon tree small garden. It was perfect for my little dog to run. The property owner left a loaf bread, milk and some fruits for us. They also prepared Espresso coffee machine for us. My partner said the house is so clean because his socks are so clened. Thank you very much for let us stay. We had great time. We definitly stay there again. "
