"Overall good stay. Location was good. Larger area for all guests to be comfortable. Heating was great. Dishwasher did not work. Messaged property manager and they insisted it was working. There was no power going into the dishwasher at all. No solutions throughout the stay.Had to use external lighter for the gas stove. Gas fireplace in one of the living room did not work.One of the room had mouldy ceilings. Very noticeable. "

"Good location but wouldn't stay again. Photos through Expedia must have been taken when the property was refurbished many years ago because the reality was a very tired hotel. Chips in the joinery, no exhaust fan extremely average small TV that was problematic to operate. Dirty carpet. No parking aside from pay-to-park council parking. Free overnight but limited to four hours between 8.30 and 5.30. No block out blinds. Terrible AC. Really noisy and a horrible screech from the water system...

"I was assigned a room right next to the sliding door. I could hear the noise from the sliding door that opens and closes very often when people were coming in and out. I then asked for a room change. The new room was much better. However, when I checked out five days later, I was given a bill of $30 with a lunch charged to my old room. I remember that I never had that lunch. I only had breakfasts there."

"We were visiting numerous family members this was central to all of them. It was comfortable clean a reasonable size and reasonably priced and convenient parking. The only downside is it’s pet friendly so we had dogs barking at 3.50 am. If they put them at the other side of the premises it probably might help, all pet friendly apartments at one side and the people with no pets at the other end."

"The mini bar concept in the room was not good, the customers should made aware that all the products if used are chargeable, also the jellybeans and pringles are chargeable under mini bar not complimentary. The experience was overall okay."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly just be aware of the parking, whilst the car park was easy to find you can’t access a spot unless you have a key and prepare to line up some cars as you will be stuck, unfortunately there are no available spots outside the hotel to go and pay $25 for a key, so you will need to park elsewhere until you can organise parking, not the most ideal when you are tired from travelling, also the parking isn’t accessible from the hotel itself.
