"I love this place. 2nd time staying here. Very clean and in a great location. Very close to many hot spots on the city. The price is great for what you get. The bathrooms are shared, but I never had to wait to use it. I will say that there is no elevators in the building, so if you are not staying on the first floor you have to use the stairs. Not a huge deal as it keeps you in shape, just like the walking in the city does! For parking we used the Madison Square garden garage, as it is just 2...

"It was only for a Night, because i had to chance from Newark to jfk. On first glanse the neigbourhood could Seem a bit sketchy if you arrive after sunset. But there are great eating relatively nearby - and the helpfull staff are more than helpfull! They even gave a tour around the hostel upon arrival! The subway is not too far away."

"Everything was so clean and the staff was super nice. My boyfriend and I had the private room and bathroom for 5 nights in early January. I was afraid it would be too cold or hot but there was a thermostat we could adjust ourselves. The subway stations are very close and even in the evening I felt safe walking back to the hotel. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in NYC. "
