Hotel i West Aurora, Aurora

"This is not a typical suite hotel, its an extended stay place. While it does have an exercise room, any other amenities like towel exchanges, room cleaning, sheets, etc. are weekly or on demand. No breakfast, even coffee, which is locked in a room accessible only with a key card. I think there is laundry facilities on site but wityh the general cleanliness, I would stay far away from it. This place needs a lot of love. Hallways are dingy, bathroom faucets drip, rooms are in need of paint,...

"Great stay with good location "

"Clean Room, Great Staff!"

"Hotel was ok, but I had room 219 next to the elevator on second floor where I experinced a lot of "on and off" noise coming from an electrical motor/compressor or the like from a kind of service room next door. That room should not be rented. "

"David at the front desk was absolutely rude. There was a misunderstanding with my reservation, and even after paying for the upgrade he continued to be rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My experience with that staff member has ultimately changed my mind about staying at that hotel ever again. IHG has lost a customer for that location."

"The staff and manager were very helpful in every way! Breakfast was ready every morning. We had a good stay at Sleep Inn. It felt safe, secure, and updated. We had a jetted tub. Which really came in handy for a week long Chicago trip, rushing around every day! Looked forward to getting back to the hotel everyday."

"Lovely staff, beautiful facility. Room was great, best bed we’ve slept in for a long time. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"Room was not clean. The fro t desk clerk at night she was terrible . Our shower was dirty . The noise from contstruvtion was at 5 in the morning . Terrible stay never again"
