"The property is good, well maintained and in great condition. Furniture is new and adequate to a rental. Location is perfect. The only downside is that the kitchenware should be more complete in terms of itens offered, and the bedware also is not appropriate - including bed linen (it was not a linen kit but a duvet cover used as a sheet, which did not covered the whole bed futon)."

"Prima huisje om te overnachten. Vlakbij is een Aldi, maar geen mogelijkheid om even uit eten te gaan of koffie togo te kopen.Host was erg aardig, ze maakte ruimte voor onze fietsen in het gangetje."

"The apartment was lovely and the location perfect (2 tram stops from Rotterdam Centraal). My only comment would be that it could do with brighter lighting - both on the stairs up to the flat and in the evening within the flat (in daytime it's beautiful and bright with big windows). We always carry a flashlight and it got plenty of use."
