"This is our second stay and we were very comfortable."

"Booked a room for only one night. It was well maintained."

"Some challenges with inconvenience with staffing and maintenance work orders with lack of communication"

"This was a solo trip and it was overall decent for what I needed it to be."

"I got a room which is for "handicap" person which I don't understand why? I got 2 nights and asked them to switch, but the answer is no room available. I was too disappointed."

"This seemed like a mediocre hotel. My room was not cleaned on check-in, you could see that some common areas were in need of maintenance. Parking seemed OK (currently construction happening) but they charge for it, and this area did not seem like high expense real estate where maybe you could justify that (and definitely did not seem like transit focused where you would skip the car). It was functional (I was there for an event) but I would prefer a discount chain over this property."

"We only stayed one night at the property but we had a great experience. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. They also upgraded us without us asking and put us in an amazing suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. This will be our go to hotel when we travel to Raleigh moving forward!"
