"I think this property is in the process of becoming a wonderful inn, but is not there yet. Under new ownership the past couple of years, the two brothers who own it seem serious about creating a first class stay experience, but still have some work to do. The fireplace pilot should have been turned on so we could enjoy it, since that was one of the reasons I booked our room there and no one was available to request that it be working. Lighting in the room was quite poor, with some burnt out...

The continental breakfast had many options and the locally roasted coffee, delicious baked cookies and muffins were greatly appreciated. The location, while quiet, was an easy walk from restaurants and shops. We would definitely return if we are ever in the area."
