"Our stay was great! The staff at the front desk were terrific. Front lobby and bar were comfortable and welcoming. Parking was easy in the underground lot, which is clean and brightly lit. I also liked that the garage was secure. The room was newly renovated, clean and the beds were so comfortable! There is a room on each floor with an ice machine, and a locker with extra towels, bedding and some toiletries. This was so helpful for when we needed extra towels. No need to call housekeeping!...
"Room ok, but water faucet in bathroom didn't work (we asked them to fix it).
We had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, but no linens and and blankets for sofabed, i.e. guest 3 and 4.
After first night, we went out sightseeing, but when we came back, the keycards didn't work. same thing happened next day after breakfast.
To top it up, housekeeping forgot to refill coffee.
Sorry, but this is all things you'd expect to be in order and included in the price, not like this."
"We stayed one night at Auberge Les Bons Matins and we had a wonderfull stay in their family room/suite. Very cute place and good service! Breakfast was good as well! "
"Hotel was fab - nicely located only 10-15 min walk to main areas of attraction. 747 bus from airport drops you off just 10 mins walk away. Rooms were excellent with nice touches such as iMac and Dyson hairdryer. Nice and simple continental style breakfast helps set you up for the day, and small assortment of sodas, snacks and others at reception. Bed very comfy and room spacious with coffee maker and safe facilities. IGA grocery shop only 10 mins walk and has everything you’d need and small...
"The room was not just well designed but comfortable. I especially liked the bench in the bathroom. Most hotels barely have a hook, so the bench was a plus. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional.
I will definitely stay again here on my next visit.

"Clean room and friendly staff. Beds were fine and nice with complementary coffee and tea. However, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are talking about or whenever they walk around upstairs. Not so nice to wake up in the night, because a guy next door sneezes...
Also, whenever upstair neighbors turn the water on the pipes between the wall sound like a jet engine. Very, very loud..."
