I had a quick overnight after 2 very long travel days without much sleep. I arrived in the CBD at 8am and was able to store my luggage in order to explore the city before check-in. I booked a private room to get some rest before travelling on and it was excellent. The bed was clean and comfy, and the window opened for fresh air. Although the room was right off the kitchen, it was quiet after 9pm and through the night.
The location was fabulous, just a short walk to Cuba street and all the funky shops and cafes. I even walked to the harbour and to the Botanic gardens.
I didn’t do any cooking, but I really appreciated the hot water on demand for my tea! The staff were great. The property and rooms are “well used” and could use some freshening up, but bathrooms were cleaned regularly. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you.
