"Had a great stay. Perfect lokation, close to metro which gave easy access to the city center, and easy access to the arena for a concert. Informative and helpful staff. Big, spacious and comfortable room. I would come back if I’m ever in Amsterdam again:) "

"Great location, great breakfast with large selection, great bar - quite small rooms despite we had superior rooms. Please note that some of the rooms have direct, glass, wall between the bedroom and the shower. Not ideal for our teenager kids who shared a room. Great with the option to upgrade rooms - we received an email with the option 2 days in advance (€10 extra per night)"

"Fint hotel der kan det, det skal. 5 min i tog fra lufthavnen og 10-15 min til centrum. Vi gik til centrum på en halv time. Værelset er småt men fungerer rigtig fint og der er pænt og rent. Personalet er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. "

"Rigtig fint værelse og rigtig pænt hotel. Udsugning fra badeværelset var til gengæld utrolig højt, hvilket blev ret irriterende at lytte til hele tiden. Gardinerne holdt ikke solen ude, så selvom de lignede mørklægning, blev der ikke mørkt om natten eller morgenen, hvilket er lidt ærgerligt . Rengøringen glemte at tage skrald og room service med ud, så der måtte vi lige ringe ned, men det gik hurtigt med servicen, så det var fint nok. Jeg skulle indtaste min mail ved check in og spurgte , om den automatisk tilmeldte mig deres loyalitetsprogram, hvilket han forsikrede mig om, jeg ikke gjorde. Bagefter fik jeg en mail, hvor der stod, jeg var tilmeldt. Der var nogle andre småting, der var lidt irriterende, som at dr blev banket på ved 23:30 tiden, fordi en fra hotellet skulle aflevere bagage og var gået til det forkerte værelse. Vi havde bestilt 2 enkeltsenge. De var så slået sammen til én stor seng med én dyne. Hvis vi ønskede det, havde vi ikke booket enkeltsenge, så det var lidt sjovt. Vi bad om en dyne mere, og det fik vi uden problemer. Så overordnet fin oplevelse, med et par småting, der var lidt irriterende."

"I’m 50/50 with this hotel and I’m not sure how to rate it. The staff is overall really sweet and helpful. The breakfast is really nice except the smashed avocado. If you want fresh cut avocado, don’t choose that. But the buttermilk waffle is so delicious!!! We went as a couple (32 & 28), but I think this hotel is more for the younger crowd and younger couples. We wanted a quiet place where we could relax and enjoy our few days in Amsterdam and really enjoy that I didn’t have to work. But this hotel is hip and hosts parties with really loud music, so we didn’t get much sleep that night. With that said, the hotel is really beautiful and the bathroom is really nice! It’s probably a weird thing to mention, but the water pressure in the shower is to die for! Really nice if you have big thick hair 😂😂😂 When we checked out we talked to the duty manager about our experience and she handle it so nice. She was solution oriented and understanding for what we were telling about our stay. We had some not so nice episodes and she tried her best to make us feel acknowledged and tried to make our stay better than it actually was. I’m not going to talk more about those episodes because one of them for example was out of their hands regarding a fire alarm that wouldn’t turn off. "
