"Booked a king bed room and was given double beds instead, talked to the staff about it 4 separate times to different people and nothing was done about it, very unsatisfying experience. Room didn’t have a microwave and the shower in the bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Probably won’t be going back."

"We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed. We were there with three young children and would have made other arrangements if we’d known they would not be able to swim. They had been looking forward to it all day. Whenever a pool is closed, guests with reservations should be notified in advance and given the option for a refund."

"To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues"

"The manor is absolutely gorgeous! We have stayed here before and will stay here again and again! The grounds are beautiful...so many walking trails, a waterpark, gardens...you will see deer if you drive around at dusk. This is a very old historical manor so it has its quirks...our toilet flushed very slowly and sometimes required more than one flush, but it is so breathtaking and the quirks honestly make it special in my opinion. Also, there is an amazing maintenance man on site during the days...

"Overall the hotel is good. It’s not top of the line, but it is clean. The hotel could be a maintained a little better. Entrance and Exit doors were dirty and had chipped paint. The room was about what you would expect. It’s wasn’t anything to complain about, but also not anything to brag about. The front desk is non responsive so as long as you don’t need any help you’re good."

"It was clean, the staff were friendly... But the beds are SO uncomfortable. Every time I'm at a Marriott, the beds are old and lumpy. The pillows are too small, and the sheets are incredibly thin. For a place I book explicitly to sleep, I expect to sleep at least ok. Not a chance."
