"The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. You will appreciate all the obvious thought, care, and consideration that the hosts put into creating this space. Sun rises over the mountains in front of the house which is the most amazing way to start your day. Very close the Sunapee lake and the mountain, has good linens, comfortable beds & pillows, easy to use TVs, awesome air hockey table that my kids played with forever, hot tub...

"The place worked for a last minute ski trip. It was roomy and clean. The hot tub was old but hot. I think what threw me off was the conditon of the home. Parts of floors were peeling and walls needed painting to cover patch jobs. The appliances were a bit quirky (the microwave would not open after heating food and we had to unplug it). The host was responsive when we arrived to check in and the cleaning crew was still there. The location was great for skiiing. "
