"The place is really nice and clean. It has beautiful views and is very relaxing. There are cows grazing on the mountain right beside the property. It is perfect for two people. The fireplace and A/C worked well. The WiFi does not work. There is a larger house and this place is an apartment/cabin over the detached garage. "The cottage and cabin suited our needs very well and had a great location for our purpose in Maggie Valley. The check in process was very cumbersome as none of the codes worked for either the cottage or the cabin and we had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with the rental agency before we could get in. Our stay was further burdened by the inconvenience of several black snakes that chose to hang out on the porch, and under the deck this prevented us from being able to use the outside areas...

"We stayed for almost a week and were able to take advantage of nearby skiing, hiking, a day trip to Dollywood and more. So much to do within a one hour drive. We enjoyed being able to have such a nice space to make our own food, wind down in the evening with a movie or some board games. Very comfortable accommodations!"

"This home is situated up high in the mountains between Maggie Valley and Waynesville NC. An absolutely beautiful view from the deck. We had so much rain the 3 days we were there we didn't get to enjoy as much as we wanted. But the inside was very clean and had everything that we needed. Wifi, a tv we could log into Netflix, and a number of other apps available. With 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a large room with bunkbeds it is great for a family. Thanks for letting us enjoy the view!"

"The property is beautiful! When you look out the living room window, you have a beautiful view and the neighbor has horses! The bed on the first floor is so soft. I LOVED the fact that they had dogs treats out and dog beds! They even provided bowls for the fur babies! My only complaint is the driveway. You definitely need a truck! Otherwise, we will probably come back to this property next year! "

"Unique property. Minor issues, grill was not clean.. had to scrape and wipe off side trays, grease/food on them. Some of the silverware was dirty. The cleaning feel is quite a bit, so I expected better. Overall those small issues didn’t upset our stay. I think the fire pit would have been better on the driveway side of the house so you could enjoy the sunset. Where it is now you have to turn off the AC unit because it’s loud if you want to enjoy it. The walk to the cemetery was nice, but the...
