"House was in a very nice neighborhood. It was well placed for many Santa Cruz activities. Host was prompt to reply. House was very clean. (Although it needed full length mirrors and wastebaskets in the bedrooms and some area rugs to make it cozier.) I recommend this house for a family but given the layout, it might not work as well for couples to share."
