"Photos are accurate. The area is quiet and peaceful. Kitchen well stocked and everything as described. The kitchen cupboards and drawers don't have knobs to open them so sometimes that was tricky but not a deal breaker.Owner responsive and communication open and easy for a couple of things that came up during our stay. I believe we resolved to both our satisfaction. "

"I think this property needs to update its photos. There were green lights on the ceiling, green lights in the kitchen. The lights would go on and off on their own even if you didn't pass them this unit was pieced meal together. It was done quickly to rent, but didn't take in consideration for the guests. The coffee pot only made 4 cups. What does it cost for a regular coffee pot? The table and the chairs don't match chair is too high table too low.There's no dishwasher which is not a problem,...

"This rental was extremely disappointing and felt like complete false advertising from the moment we arrived. The listing showed a bright yellow exterior, but instead there was black discoloration and peeling paint everywhere. The railings both inside and outside were loose, unstable, and unsafe. Paint chips were falling off, and honestly, we were nervous just opening the front door because we did not know what condition we were walking into. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Flies surrounded us...

"We had a very nice stay at Roger’s Lake! The house was so cool! It had all the amenities we needed and the location was charming and peaceful. In particular, the beds are really comfortable! They have this awesome exercise room where you can stretch out and enjoy the light. The host, Peter, was especially easy to work with and was very communicative. My family and I are hoping to come back soon for another stay."
