Board a traditional steam train at the West Somerset Railway (325 metres) to journey through the beautiful Somerset countryside or hunt for fossils at the rocky Watchet Beach (less than 0.5 miles) beside the harbour. The magnificent walking country of Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty can be reached within 8.5 miles.
