The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and a dining table for four. Enjoy the convenience of an onsite laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a full bathroom stocked with essential toiletries. Step outside to enjoy the shared backyard space, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to this entire basement unit of the home, minus one locked water heater closet, to include a washer/dryer, and the available off-street parking at the back of the home. Feel free to also enjoy the backyard space!

Pet is allowed, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s). Also, if your stay is more than five (5) nights, a fee of $10 per additional night will apply.
