White shaker cabinetry, premium cookware, full knife set, cooking utensils, cutting boards, mixing bowls, plates, glassware, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker with Brita filter. Everything you need to cook for your group

★ Outdoor Space: A private lounge with couch, chairs, outdoor table, and ambient string lights. A perfect spot to unwind after a day in the city



Throughout: fully equipped modern kitchen, Keurig coffeemaker, HD smart TVs with Roku, high-speed WiFi, GE in-unit washer and dryer, Guardian security alarm, and sliding glass doors in the bathroom. Everything is newly renovated.



Guest Access:

Both the building entrance and your unit door open with a keypad smartlock. Your access codes arrive before you check in. No waiting, no key pickup. The suite is on the first floor with no stairs. Parking note: Street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Spaces are not designated or reserved and no passes are provided. Read posted signs carefully.

🚭 NO SMOKING

We are a completely smoke-free property. A $1,000 minimum fee will be charged if there is any sign of smoking on the premises, or if smoking is suspected and/or evidence is found using disclosed exterior security cameras.



🎉🚫 NO PARTIES / NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS

No parties. No additional guests allowed unless approved by hosts. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500 and termination of the reservation with all remaining nights paid forfeited.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500 and termination of the reservation with all remaining nights paid forfeited.



⚠️ NOISE MONITORING AND CAMERA DISCLOSURE

There are Ring cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located inside and outside the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to loud and sustained volumes that may cause a disturbance. It does NOT record conversation or audio, it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized events / parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!



🤫 QUIET HOURS

10PM-8AM: We ask that you please keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 8am every day of the week. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500 and termination of the reservation with all remaining nights paid forfeited.



During quiet hours, the maximum allowable noise level is 60 dB outside and 75 dB inside.



At all hours, management reserves the right to determine whether guest activity is creating a disturbance to neighbors, tenants, or other guests. Sustained disturbances — whether or not they exceed numerical dB thresholds — shall constitute a violation of House Rules.



A reference for noise levels, measured in dB, is provided below for your awareness:

50-60 dB - Normal conversation

61-70 dB - Dinner party or loud TV

71-80 dB - Party

81-90 dB - Loud party

91+ dB - Very loud party / amplified

Interaction with Guests:

This home comprises the lower unit at this location. Please be mindful that there may be guests staying in the upper unit during your stay, and we ask that you be respectful and courteous, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM through 08:00 AM).
