Communication was great. Our host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our questions. Our location was in a great neighborhood that was an easy distance to great restaurants near both the Eastern and Union Markets. We got an Uber everyday to and from the National Mall. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

The communication with the owner was easy and accurate. The only thing i will note is that the parking can be a challenge but not something that is not insurmountable. Nice place, quiet and convenient to local convenience stores and the DC mall. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent amenities for family stay in amazing location. Easy walk to Capitol and Union Station through quaint neighborhood. Three private bedrooms, full kitchen and laundry, and 1.5 bath was perfect for our group of 5. Did not even use additional sofa bed in living room. Very clean, safe, and easy to navigate instructions. Will stay again.
