Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, patio, porch and front yard. In front of park with tennis courts and track. All appliances and TVs.

There are three security cameras, front yard door, living room and garage. They are recording live. They are only checked if there is an incident.

This is A NON SMOKING house. Smoking is only allowed outside. There is a $250 smoking fee for additional cleaning.

No events or parties, as this is a quiet neighborhood.

Please do not bring any additional sound equipment to the house. You can use the soundbar and TVs in the house for music.
