Access to the home is through a private entrance, and check-in is seamless with a smart lock provided prior to arrival.

No Smoking: The NO smoking rule includes, cigarettes, vaping, marijuana inside of the home. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged.

No Pets: No pets allowed

No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is
violated there will be a charge of $1,000.
