"I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"We stayed here as a one night stay, planned it site unseen and last minute. Upon walking in the building there was a strong smoke and mildew smell. The staff were very kind and by far the best part of the stay. The breakfast was small but enough to enjoy. We did find a roach in our room, blood stains on a couple of our towels, and the smoke detector covered up."

"Very beautiful!. We loved Bear Cabin. It was very clean. The decor was very nice and they put a lot of thought annd work into making the cabin very comfortable. I enjoyed the inside while my husband and daughter enjoyed the outside. It was so quiet and peaceful. The water sounds from the pond was so relaxing. The host was very nice. They supplied a lot of amenities including a flashlight. We also enjoyed the friendly cat that kept us company as well. Check in and check out was simple and easy....

"Loved our room and staff were nice. Kids loved the pool. The day shift attendant on 6/3/26 was extremely nice. She gave my kids some beach balls to play with in the pool."

"Nice clean rooms, didnt like the beds, very uncomfortable ! Breakfast was a joke! Some cold cereal, yogurt or a muffin or bagel! At least the coffee was warm!! Coffee in the room was only enough for 1 cup!!"

"I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area."
