"We were not made aware that the entire hotel was on the second floor of a mall, with no elevators. We did see staff assisting one woman who had a lot of luggage. It would have been nice to know the situation."

"What a great place to stay! Spacious, comfortable and so close to the beach! We loved the living space and the bedrooms are comfy. Early morning walks on the beach are right out the door and we enjoyed the sunsets on the patio overlooking the water. We walked to dinner and shopping. Great views! ..."
