"Not suitable for people with mobility issues! The stairs inside and out, are very steep snd narrow. The entrance of the building doesn't look inviting... but the apartment is like you see in the pictures. Spacious and overall clean, it suited us. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is functional and coffee pods are included. Walk to Walmart or the new slouvakie restaurant - excellent food. "We stayed for one night between visits to Newport and Boston. This is a really cute little town that I am happy to have discovered through an effort to avoid the crazy hotel prices in Newport. It was a nice big space with everything you need. Check in was easy with good instructions. The only issue is that it is on a main street with a lot of traffic (noise). Would have been easily remedied with white noise but my husband doesn't do white noise. :("
