- I was looking for an outlet and had to move the night stand. It was not a pleasant view with the dust under there
- I got a room on the 1st floor and it was insanely noisy as it was literally and open space to the bar and reception. Needless to say, it was difficult to sleep due to late and early noise levels.
- I asked for a late check out as my flight was a bit later, and after 10 days of stay they wanted to charge me quite a high fee. Not the...

It has a pool, and although it does not have a gym, there's a really wonderful park with running trails next door. On top of that, it's quite literally steps away from Melrose Arch, close enough to food and attractions, but far enough to be quiet at night. I've stayed in many different places in the city, and this may be my new go-to place to stay in Joburg!"
